Strategic Plan Dashboard

This 'dashboard' has been developed as a resource to quickly access the VLC's progress on its stated goals as part of the 2011 strategic planning process (2011-2015). Monitoring and reporting progress on long-range strategic goals included in the strategic plan is an essential component of the accountability process.

The purpose of this handbook is to provide new members of the Administrative Council with an introduction to the Council, what it is and how it conducts its business. It is also a resource to be used by current members of the Council to remind them of established practices and procedures.
